Home Design Process
Consultation and Advice
Through consultation to understand the space and needs that the client wants to design and renovate, our designers will give necessary suggestions.
Meet Up
After gathering general information, we will schedule a time to meet with client in our showroom to discuss the project in detail.
Home Visit
If the meeting is successful, a dedicated consultant for each client will visit the house to measure, observe and photograph the site, and reconfirm the project details, timeline and budget with the owner.
Design Scheme And Selection
We will present with an initial design plan, which includes complete 3D drawings of client’s space. Client will make product and design selections. Each consultant will work hand-in-hand with client to refine the drawings as necessary.
Finally Decided & Sign Agreement
After the client has decided on the final design, the consultant will re-confirm the overall process, details and costs, and make a contract with the client to sign. Ft2 Design will start construction after the contract is signed.
Update Status Regularly
The client’s dedicated consultant will report the project progress regularly to ensure timely completion of the project.
